Bewley's Grafton Street Cafe

Dublin, Ireland

A historic cafe opened in 1927 on the prestigious Grafton Street by merchant Ernest Bewley. The interior is adorned with six colorful stained-glass windows with marine and plant motifs, created by the eminent Irish artist Harry Clarke. The rooms with high stucco ceilings retain mahogany paneling, marble fireplaces, and original confectionery counters. The establishment is famous for its in-house roasted coffee, Dublin Morning tea, and warm scones with butter and jam.
