The Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan is a Renaissance-Gothic Dominican temple, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Its construction began in 1463, and the tribune was designed by Donato Bramante in the 1490s. In the adjacent refectory, there is Leonardo da Vinci's famous mural, "The Last Supper," completed in 1498. This work, measuring 460 by 880 centimeters, depicts a scene from the Gospel of John. A visit to this place allows for direct engagement with one of the most important works of Renaissance art and Bramante's architecture.
