Beneath the glass dome of the former parliament, a huge rope net is stretched, along which visitors can walk high above the atrium.
The 21st-century art branch of Kunstsammlung NRW, located in the former 19th-century provincial parliament building by Kaiserteich lake. Under the glass atrium roof, Tomas Saraceno's monumental spatial installation "in orbit" is suspended, allowing visitors to walk on it.
