Jagerhof Palace and Goethe Museum
Düsseldorf, Germany

Instead of a picture collection, you'll see manuscripts and rare editions of the poet in a Rococo hunting lodge, right by the greenery of the Hofgarten.
A Rococo hunting lodge built between 1752 and 1763 on the edge of Hofgarten, designed by Johann Joseph Couven. Since 1956, it has housed the Goethe Museum, which displays a collection of manuscripts, engravings, and editions of the poet's works from Anton Kippenberg's collection.
