Tigné Point Viewpoint
Valletta, Malta

A coastal headland in Sliema offering the most famous panorama of Malta's capital from the waters of Marsamxett Bay. From the pedestrian bridge and rocky beach, one can clearly see the baroque dome of the Carmelite Church and the slender spire of St. Paul's Anglican Cathedral. The place is easily accessible on foot from the Sliema Ferry station, which runs every 15 minutes to Valletta. Photographers gather here during the golden hour when the limestone walls take on a warm orange color under the rays of the setting sun.
