Savoy Theatre
London, United Kingdom

On its stage, unlike other theaters, Gilbert and Sullivan's comic operas have been performed from the beginning.
A theatre located in the West End district, opened in 1881. It was the first public building in the world to be entirely lit by electricity. Its interior features an Art Deco style, after a renovation in the 1920s. Gilbert and Sullivan's comic operas and other famous productions were staged here.
