From the 12th century, as a preaching place for Master Jan Hus, it underwent transformations from Romanesque to Baroque in the 18th century.

Right next to the lively Havel's Market, the Church of St. Gall offers a surprising haven of peace, hidden in the heart of bustling Prague. Its Gothic walls and somewhat austere elegance create an atmosphere of authentic Prague history. Inside, a moody twilight prevails, encouraging a quiet moment of respite from the city's hustle and bustle. It is an ideal place to feel the spirit of bygone times and local daily life.
