Its current Baroque form dates from the 18th century, designed by Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer, making it younger than many Gothic temples.

In the midst of the bustling Malá Strana, the Church of St. Thomas offers solace in its rich, Baroque interior, permeated with the scent of incense and old wood. Gilded altars and intricately carved pulpits bear witness to its former glory, inviting quiet contemplation. Sunbeams entering through the side windows illuminate details, creating a play of light and shadow. It is a true oasis of peace, where one can momentarily forget the hustle and bustle of the streets.
