A functioning 17th-century synagogue that, unlike other temples, is illuminated exclusively by natural light.

An impressive 17th-century Sephardic synagogue that still functions as a place of worship today. The interior is minimalist but majestic, with plenty of natural light and no electric lighting. You can visit it to see the preserved authentic Baroque style and feel the history of the Jewish community.
