This Baroque residence from the early 18th century was designed by the Italian architect Niccolò Michetti, which is a rarity in Tallinn.

Kadrioru loss is a Baroque residence built in the early 18th century by Tsar Peter the Great for his wife Catherine I. Designed by Italian architect Niccolò Michetti, the palace is surrounded by an extensive French-style park. It currently houses a branch of the Art Museum of Estonia, showcasing foreign art from the 16th to the 20th century. The palace interiors are richly decorated and impress with their original design.
