Car Oswobodzitel Boulevard is a wide representative avenue in the centre, paved with yellow cobblestones, with a monument to the tsar on horseback in front of the National Assembly. You usually pass through it on your way between the main sights, so it's more of a photo stop than a destination for a longer visit. Good for anyone taking their first walk around the centre.
