Guinness Storehouse
Dublin, Ireland

An exhibition center set up in the historic fermentation building of the St James's Gate brewery, constructed with steel girders in 1904. The interior is designed around a central atrium shaped like a giant pint of beer. Visitors learn about the four ingredients of traditional stout: water from the Wicklow Mountains, malted barley, hops, and the Guinness yeast strain stored in a vault. On the top floor, there is a glass-enclosed Gravity Bar with panoramic views of the city stretching to the sea.
